You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Community Board is for Muslims to support each other. The following are prohibited:
All content, design and code on RuqyahPath is the intellectual property of RuqyahPath. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Quranic text and Hadith are in the public domain.
RuqyahPath is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated responses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@ruqyahpath.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: posting harmful or shirk-based content, attempting to circumvent payment systems, harassing community members, or misusing the AI features. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be issued.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: May 2025.
