Monthly Premium Subscription
Monthly subscriptions are billed at $6.99/month. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
To cancel: go to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription." No questions asked.
Annual Premium Subscription
Annual subscriptions are billed at $34.99/year.
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund — no questions asked
- After 14 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months, at our discretion
- If you have used premium features extensively: Refunds may be declined after 14 days
1-on-1 Sessions
Single Session ($34.99)
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Credit toward a future session (no cash refund)
- No-show: Session is forfeited — no refund or credit
- If we cancel: Full refund or reschedule at your choice
Bundle — 3 Sessions ($99.99)
- Before any session is used: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- After one session used: Refund for remaining unused sessions at $33.33 each
- After all sessions used: No refund
Learn Ruqyah Course ($499.99)
- If cohort does not reach 10 students: Full refund — automatic
- Before course starts: Full refund if requested before the confirmed start date
- After Week 1: 50% refund for genuine emergency — at our discretion
- After Week 2 (course complete): No refund
How to Request a Refund
Email support@ruqyahpath.com with:
- Your account email address
- The purchase you are requesting a refund for
- The reason (optional but helpful)
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
