When does the class start?
+
The class starts as soon as 10 students have enrolled and paid. You will be notified by email with the confirmed start date, session times and video call link. If you enrol and the cohort does not reach 10 students, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Are sessions recorded? What if I miss one?
+
Yes — every session is recorded and shared with enrolled students within 24 hours. You will have lifetime access to all recordings. We understand that students are in different time zones, so we do our best to accommodate timing, and recordings ensure you never miss content.
What language is the course taught in?
+
The course is taught primarily in English. Islamic terminology and Arabic references are explained in full. Urdu explanation is available where needed. Students from Pakistan, UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and across the world are welcome.
Do I need any prior knowledge of Ruqyah?
+
No prior Ruqyah knowledge is required. However, you should have a basic understanding of Islamic beliefs (Aqeedah) and be able to recite Quran. The course starts from foundations and builds systematically. If you are unsure whether you are ready, contact us and we will advise honestly.
How does the WhatsApp support work after the course?
+
After completing the course, you join a private WhatsApp group with the instructor and fellow graduates. You can ask questions about cases you encounter, share experiences and get guidance. There is no expiry on this support — it is ongoing for as long as you need it, because the work of healing the Ummah does not have an end date.
Is the course strictly Quran and Sunnah?
+
Absolutely. Every single technique, protocol and recommendation in this course is backed by explicit evidence from the Quran or Sahih Hadith. We reference the source for everything. There is no cultural practice, no amulets, no visiting graves, no folk methods. If it cannot be traced to the Prophet ﷺ or his companions with authentic chain of narration, it is not taught. This is our non-negotiable commitment.
What is the refund policy?
+
If the cohort does not reach 10 students and the class cannot start, you receive a full refund. Once the class has started, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have to withdraw due to a genuine emergency before Week 2, we will discuss a partial refund. Contact us at support@ruqyahpath.com with any concerns.
